pet-friendly accommodations, helpful personal refrigerator, clean bathroom counter
Incredibly dirty room!!! Broken glass on the carpet, non-functional phone, shabby decor, and missing basic amenities!!! Sprucing up the furnishings and ensuring cleanliness could make a huge difference!!!

We enjoyed a fantastic time at the waterpark with our kids. The affordable price combined with comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable, and the proximity to local attractions was a big hit with the family.
My kids wished the pool had been open for a splash after a long drive.

Solo traveler beware
I mean they had cold cereal and bread at breakfast but it was just disappointing. Also I had to clean the bathtub before I could step in for a shower, not ideal when you're paying $70 a night.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive for the quality I got.

This place suits me perfectly, with excellent wi-fi, a tv, and 24-hour reception. Staff especially helped my elderly parents on our first visit. I'll be back for a weekend stay.

The tree-lined river nearby was perfect for morning strolls, and the pet-friendly atmosphere was delightful, making me feel at home while traveling with my furry companion. The warm tones in the room were inviting too.

The hotel was quite affordable, and the staff were genuinely nice, but unfortunately, things like the closed pool and the loud plumbing made the experience less than ideal. The room's cleanliness left something to be desired, which is a bummer since the location had potential.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
We appreciated the proximity to the Provo River, a lovely spot for walks. The room was comfortable, but we encountered some maintenance issues. It would greatly help future guests if room amenities were checked before arrival. Consider bringing earplugs for a peaceful night’s sleep!

The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, making it an easy choice for a short stay. The room I had was clean and comfortable enough for a night. I appreciated the accessibility features of the room, which made it easy to move around. However, I did notice a few cleanliness issues in common areas that were off-putting.

missingWrote a review on Feb 17fun group vacationsundance film festivalwaterpark activitiespoor ac performance
Went to some great independent films at the Sundance Film Festival and also enjoyed a fun day at Splash Summit Waterpark. The area has awesome golf courses too. Just a heads up, there's no breakfast and the AC took some time to cool down.
The only downside was that the AC in our room didn’t work well initially. We had to fiddle with it to get it cool, but it was manageable after a long day of exploring.
